About

Pt. Leo Estate is a captivating celebration of internationally acclaimed large-scale art, design and world-class dining and wine, providing the most sought-after cultural and culinary experiences in Australia.

Pt. Leo Estate is indeed a visual feast for all who visit with art, rolling vineyards and ocean views commanding the horizon as far as the eye can see. From the moment guests arrive, they are taken by the sweeping views that emerge in front of them encapsulating glimpses of Phillip Island, across the 50-acre vineyard, landscapes of grazing cattle and an expansive 19-acre Sculpture Park with the vast Westernport Bay — comprising a Cellar Door & Wine Terrace at one end and ‘Laura’, our fine dining restaurant to the other, the Pt. Leo Restaurant experience sits at the heart of this world-class venue.

Our 50-acre vineyard stretches up the crest of Pt. Leo Estate and curves down towards the expanse of Westernport Bay. The vines respond to the constant forces of nature –sunshine, rain, sweeping winds, cooling ocean breezes. Perhaps it is no surprise that –to us –each day is perfect, and each wine has its place.

Open 7 days and set on one of the most pristine locations on the Mornington peninsula, Pt. Leo estate offers a wine, cultural and culinary experience like no other.

Pt. Leo Estate Cellar Door is open 7 days a week from 11am closing only on Christmas Day and Good Friday. The Cellar Door offers a generous flight of 5 wines that represents the best of the vintage and the Cellar Master’s choice of a back vintage.

Pt. Leo Estate Sculpture Park is open 7 days a week from 11am excluding Christmas Day and Good Friday. The 16-acre outdoor gallery houses over 60 large format Australian and International works of art that John and Pauline Gandel have been collecting over many years. Valued at near $70million, the park is the largest privately-owned Sculpture Park in Australia and sits with only a handful of similar outdoor galleries across the globe.

Dining at Pt. Leo Estate - Pt. Leo Estate offers three different culinary experiences. From our intimate two-hatted restaurant, Laura, or the bistro-style one-hatted Pt. Leo Estate Restaurant, to our all-weather Wine Terrace and Cellar Door. All three celebrating regional produce and craftsmanship.
