Leo Estate Pt. Leo Estate is a family run ocean front property set on 330 acres of vineyard, farm and sculpture park located in the Mornington Peninsula. The successful applicant will have the rare opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse culinary environment that delivers excellence to our 100 seat dining room and 50 seat fine dining restaurant. About The Role - Full time permanent position; shifts on a rotating roster - Work under the tutelage of the Culinary Director and senior team to create dishes in both the dining room and fine dining restaurant - Exposure to many sections of the kitchen - Opportunity to work on our market garden - Uniforms supplied and laundered - Excellent remuneration and working conditions About You - Demonstrate experience in fine dining establishments - Lead a section of the kitchen - Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude - Ability to work in a team environment - Task driven - Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays - Hold a current Victorian drivers licence and have own transport Please note - Only successful candidates will be notified.
