The O’Leary block consistently produces our most intensely flavoured and structured pinot noir. The outstanding 2015 vintage produced a complex and powerful wine, with a palate driven equally by savoury spice and ripe red cherries and raspberry. Herbaceous aromas of raspberry leaf and sous bois combine deliciously to layer the wine with an earthy complexity. Generous tannins are fine boned and rest harmoniously with soft nuances of oak, to culminate in a rich and lingering finish. This especially excellent vintage has produced a wine which will reward cellaring.
