At Willow Creek Vineyard, we occasionally purchase small parcels of quality fruit from other vineyards that warrant a special release. This powerfully structured Shiraz displays a careful balance of perfectly ripe fruit, soft oak and firm tannins. The wine’s savoury, smoky complexity is lifted by aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, graphite and cloves, which complement the bouquet’s white pepper and anise notes.
