This 100% Terracotta Amphroae matured Pinot Noir offers pretty aromas reminiscent of ripe raspberries and red cherries. On the palate, delicate flavours of red currents and raspberries are supported by an elegant soft mouthfeel and silky tannins.
Handpicked and destemmed into an open fermenter, cold soaked on skins for 4 days, inoculated an plunged and left to ferment for up to 7 days. Pressed into Terracotta Amphroae and left to age for 12 months. Filtered and bottled under cork.
