Pt Leo Estate Pinot Noir
Nose: Bottle age has resulted in more complex aromas of mixed spices, herbs and background fruits such as plums, cherries and raspberries. Complex aromas of plums and dark berry fruits with hints of herbs and spices.
Palate: The flavours are similar to the aromas with fruit and oak in balance. The entry is soft and builds in the middle palate with soft sweet fruit and fine tannins towards the lingering finish. This very nicely balanced wine will be best enjoyed over the next five years.
Compliments: Duck, beetroot pancake, Wallaby, Pork Belly, soufflé with brown butter, scallops with black beans
