Lindenderry Estate Blanc De Blancs
The palate has great acid freshness, citrus, grilled nuts, brioche and a long delicate finish.
The fruit for this wine is all P58 clone from our Red Hill vineyard. The fruit was hand sorted in the vineyard and winery then whole bunch pressed. The cloudy juice was transferred to old puncheons to ferment using indigenous yeasts. The wine was matured on its lees in barrel for 6 months. The secondary ferment was carried out traditionally in bottle and the wine aged for 4 years on lees.
Medium straw colour with a fresh golden hue. Aromas of white peach, citrus and spice. The palate has great acid freshness, citrus, grilled nuts, brioche and a long delicate finish.
