The bold palate has remarkable plum fruit & cherry overtones.  The finish is well balanced with the gentle touch of French oak adding to its complexity & structure.

VINTAGE
2015 Was a mild growing season, dry & cool with an excellent sunny & warm January, February & March. Intensely perfumed and balanced grapes will result in some super wines.
 
WINEMAKING
The warmth & sunshine of this exclusive site produces pinot noir of exceptional quality.  Hand harvested on 11th March. The fruit was destemmed, and commenced fermentation naturally after four days’ cool maceration. A further two weeks was spent on skins prior to pressing to barrel for malolactic fermentation and maturation. The wine was racked once in Spring and bottled on 11th January, 2016.
