Bouquet: aromas of blackberry, white pepper and exotic spices.
Palate: The palate is rich-fruited and persistent, balanced by elegant stitches of fine tannins and soft oak influence.
Wine making: Sourced from the legendary Malakoff Estate, the fruit was destemmed to tank for a total three-week maceration on skins. Matured in French oak barriques, 10% of which were new, for 10 months before final blending and bottling.
