2013 Dromana Estate Chardonnay
Our Chardonnay fruit was handpicked and gently whole bunch pressed. The wine spent 12 months in French Oak and was allowed to ferment by the naturally present indigenous yeast. Extended lees contact and a degree of malolactic fermentation has added weight to the complexity, moving towards a more traditional style Chardonnay. Buttery & creamy, with a mellow underlying oatmeal note. Serve with mild, buttery or creamy dishes. Meaty fish and shellfish, poultry and pork dishes 12.5% ALC. Vegan friendly.
