Birthday Hill Pinot Noir is made in exceptional years. Our new release 2015 vintage experienced perfect growing conditions, producing low yields of tight, petite bunches of MV6 fruit. The wine is bold and concentrated with classic aromas of rose petals, maraschino cherry, cloves and a unique maritime savouriness typical of our Portsea Pinots. Tight-grained, lightly toasted French oak barrels, in which the wine has been aged for 12 months, add further structure and finesse.
